Day 01
Evening Arrival in Udaipur
6:45 pm – At the inner courtyard, be enthralled by the dances of Rajasthan (different every evening) which are known to be so inviting and engaging that they are bound to induce you to tap your feet to the rhythmic beat of the Mewar region. The handpicked selection of Rajasthani dances are essentially folk dances, their origins reflecting the rural customs and traditions of the region.
8:30 pm – Enjoy dinner at The Dining Room, which brings an eclectic mix of cuisines and flavours from different corners of the world. An acclaimed executive chef ensures the quality and freshness of ingredients. The restaurant has its own climate-controlled walk-in wine cellar.

Day 02
Udaipur
10:30 am – Post breakfast, venture out into the city. Recommended sightseeing destinations include the City Palace, Crystal Museum and the Car Vintage Museum. The hotel concierge can be contacted for assistance to make necessary transport and guide arrangements.
4:45 pm – A short heritage walk by a senior historian, well-acquainted with the region, will provide you with a brief synopsis of the art work in the palace, drawing lineage to the culture and heritage of the Mewar region. This is followed by a sunset boat ride on the picturesque Lake Pichola during which one may enjoy sights such as Jag Mandir, City Palace and Gangaur Ghat with the mighty Aravalli mountain ranges in the backdrop.
7:00 pm or 9:30 pm – Dinner at Sheesh Mahal, the fine-dining Indian restaurant overlooking the lake and the shimmering lights of the City Palace. Using recipes mastered in royal kitchens, with contemporary nuances added to them, the restaurant takes diners through a journey of exquisite Indian flavours and traditions. The ambience of the open-air restaurant glitters under a clear sky full of stars. The restaurant has two seating arrangements, and the concierge can be contacted to make the necessary reservations.

Day 03
Udaipur
11:30 am – Post breakfast, head to the award-winning Spa by ESPA, where the treatments are designed to provide the ultimate in personal pampering. Your spa experience will take you on a journey of discovery, through stages of relaxation to prepare your mind and body for the treatment experience ahead.
Enjoy the rest of the afternoon by the pool while indulging in home-made sorbets and flavoured ice golas (snow cones). Light lunch can be ordered from the hotel’s pool-side menu.
4:00 pm – Visit the Monsoon Palace. Also known as the Sajjan Garh Palace, it is a hilltop palatial residence in the city of Udaipur. One of the highest vantage points, the palace offers a panoramic view of the city's lakes, palaces and surrounding countryside. Makes for that picture-perfect sunset!
8:30 pm – For that special occasion or simply for an exclusive private meal, book a ‘Destination Dining’ experience. The hotel’s service team will walk you through the various venues from which you may choose the most ideal. Gourmet chefs take great pride in tailoring your menu for the evening based on your deepest food cravings. Choose between the Sheesh Mahal alcove, guava garden patio, Amrut Mahal, or The Mewar’ (the hotel’s custom-made boat) for a signature dining experience on the waters of Lake Pichola.

Departure from Udaipur
